What you need

An ilnetta back office account

The email and password that client staff use to sign in to the ilnetta web app.

A Claude or ChatGPT account

Free plans work too. Once ilnetta is listed in the official app directory, any plan can connect.

How to connect

Each person connects once per app. If a connection is not used for 90 days, you sign in again.

Claude

  1. Search for ilnetta in the Claude connectors (apps) list and press Connect.
  2. When the ilnetta sign-in screen opens, sign in with the email and password you use for the back office.
  3. If you belong to several companies, pick one, then choose a permission level.
  4. Now ask Claude in plain words.

Before the official listing, you can also connect from the ilnetta web app under MY and then AI assistant connections, using the Add to Claude button.

ChatGPT

  1. Search for ilnetta in the ChatGPT apps list and press Connect.
  2. When the ilnetta sign-in screen opens, sign in with the email and password you use for the back office.
  3. If you belong to several companies, pick one, then choose a permission level.
  4. Now ask ChatGPT in plain words.

ChatGPT Free and Plus plans cannot add a connector by address, so ilnetta becomes available there after it is listed in the official app directory.

View the dashboard, orders, technicians and settlement. Nothing is changed.

Read and process

In addition to viewing, leave notes, assign technicians and schedule jobs. For every processing action the AI shows a preview first, and nothing runs until a person answers Proceed.

Read features open first. Processing features are rolled out step by step per company. For a feature that is not open yet, the AI answers that it cannot do it.

Assignment, scheduling, cancellation and completion may send KakaoTalk notification messages to customers or technicians depending on company settings. They behave exactly as the same actions in the ilnetta web app.

    Only your company data

    You see only the data of the company the connected staff member belongs to. The server blocks everything else.

    You choose the permission

    When connecting you choose read only or read and process. Disconnect and reconnect to change it.

    Preview, then run

    For any request that changes data, the AI first shows what it will do. It runs only after a person answers Proceed.

    Everything is logged

    Processed actions appear in the order history with the label AI assistant, the staff name and the connection name.

    Only ilnetta knows your password

    Sign-in happens on the ilnetta screen. Claude and ChatGPT never receive your ilnetta password.

    Once disconnected, the next request is blocked immediately.

Disconnecting

Sign in to the ilnetta web app and open MY, then AI assistant connections. Press Disconnect next to the connection you want to remove, and the next request is blocked immediately. Connections are separate per app, so disconnecting Claude leaves ChatGPT connected.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI know my ilnetta password?

No. You sign in on the ilnetta screen, and the password is never passed to the AI app.

Can it see other companies?

No. Only the data of the company the connected staff member belongs to is visible.

Can the AI change orders on its own?

No. Requests that change data show a preview and run only after a person answers Proceed. With a read only connection nothing can be changed.

Do I need to sign in again?

Only if the connection is not used for 90 days. Until then you connect once.

It says a processing feature is not available

Processing features are rolled out step by step. If you connected with read and process permission and it still does not work, that feature is not open yet.

What do the AI apps do with the data they receive?

Data sent to an AI app is handled under the privacy policy of Anthropic or OpenAI. The ilnetta service privacy policy collects the links.
