Terms of service

1. Definitions

A member is a person who agrees to these terms, signs up with a Naver, Kakao, or Google account, and uses the member services provided by the Company.

Member services are the newsletter, notices, and other services the Company provides to signed in members.

2. Effect and changes

These terms take effect when a member agrees to them at sign up.

The Company may change these terms within the limits of applicable law. Changed terms are posted on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, and at least 30 days before for changes unfavorable to members.

3. Sign up

Sign up is complete when you sign in with a Naver, Kakao, or Google account and agree to these terms and to the collection and use of personal information.

Persons under 14 years of age cannot sign up.

The Company may refuse sign up or suspend membership when another person account is used or false information is given.

4. Account management

Members are responsible for keeping the Naver, Kakao, or Google account they sign in with secure.

Members must notify the Company right away when they learn that their account has been misused.

5. Member services

The Company provides members with a newsletter and member notices. The newsletter is sent only to members who have agreed to receive it.

When paid services are offered, the price, payment method, and refund conditions are stated separately on the service page and the member agrees to them there.

6. Changes and interruption of service

The Company may change or stop the service for operational or technical reasons and will give advance notice on this page or by email. Notice may not be possible in cases such as system maintenance, failures, or natural disasters.

7. Closing an account

Members can close their account at any time from the My account page. Member information is then deleted without delay in accordance with the privacy policy.

8. Member duties

Members must comply with the law and these terms, and must not interfere with the business of the Company or infringe the rights of other members.

Members must not use materials provided by the Company commercially or repost them elsewhere without permission from the Company.

9. Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for damages related to free member services except as provided by law.

The Company is not responsible when sign in is unavailable because of a failure of an external service such as Naver, Kakao, or Google.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes related to the service are first resolved by consultation between the Company and the member, and otherwise by the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
