Do technicians need to install an app?
No. They use mobile web, so there is nothing to install.
How do orders get in?
Upload orders exported from each platform as a spreadsheet, or add them one by one. Live platform sync is not available yet.
How are customers notified?
When an order status changes, a KakaoTalk notice goes out from your own channel. We set up the sending account and templates with you.
Is our data kept apart from other companies?
Yes. Each company gets its own address and separate data.
