The problem

A great product with few ways in. Every apartment has a different filter size, so questions piled up too.

What happened

Traffic was high but conversion sat at 0.3%. On Naver Shopping Live day, their key sales day, it reached above 6%. They still use ilnetta after the agency work ended.

How we planned it

  1. 1

    We started with brand direction

Our first proposal pointed out a distributor image, sales that leaned on installers, and touchpoints scattered across blogs, cafes, and YouTube. So we set the direction as a space expert who solves indoor air problems rather than a product seller, and designed the customer flow in order, from first visit to self check, packages, and installer dispatch.

  2. 2

We broke the meeting into tasks

The self check split into a diagnosis for customers who do not know the problem yet and an application for those who already want an install. Questions focus on facts instead of promotion and screen out homes where installs are not possible. We compared three product page directions and split the KakaoTalk channel into one for customers and one for installers.

  3. 3

We built content from keyword combinations

We posted at least one blog article a day using keywords that combine region, apartment complex, and device names. We analyzed existing posts to fill regions with no coverage, and when an inquiry came in, the install review for that complex could be sent right away.

  4. 4

    We diagnosed operations through interviews

Two days of interviews showed the owner, managers, and install teams each using different Excel files. We started by merging the files and turning color marks into values. The ordering program waited so install team dispatch could come first.

  5. 5

We moved to ilnetta and trained the team

In December 2025 we registered seven install products and four KakaoTalk notices and merged per team settlement into one monthly settlement. We taught it live and shared the recording. Requests from daily use still feed the next round of development.
