How we planned it

   We took the old site apart first

   We got the existing site code and analyzed its structure. There were only three branch pages and two separate inquiry forms, so we merged the forms and dropped unneeded fields. The core was marking direct and franchise branches and adding new branch pages.

   We asked for materials as one list

   We listed seven required and two optional items and asked for them all at once: existing code, the chat integration account, change requests per page, and photos and features for each branch. We also collected a map link and facility list for every branch.

   An interview set the direction

   After interviewing the manager about daily work and needs, we chose to refine design and information structure instead of building new features. New features such as meeting room booking were left out, and inquiry and franchise contact were gathered into a fixed bottom bar and a floating side menu.

   We trimmed every page

   The branch list makes direct and franchise branches easy to tell apart, and branch pages got more and larger photos. The franchise page keeps just three things, returns, startup costs, and steps, so it leads to an inquiry rather than a long read.

5. 5

   We refined it over six rounds

   We repeated draft and feedback six times. The layout moved to a vertical format, and colors and structure were adjusted after an in person meeting. We built two more branch pages than planned and finished by connecting Naver TalkTalk.
