How we planned it

   It started in our own field work

   When orders piled up in the cleaning operations we ran, sheets and free automation tools could not cope. There was no program we could adopt as is. So we decided to build the tool we needed ourselves.

   We settled states and notices first

   Before drawing screens, we worked out how order states change and who should get which notice at each change. Managers use a PC, field technicians a mobile web view with no app install, and customers get KakaoTalk notices.

3. 3

   Built in a month and put to work

   We built the first version in early April 2025 and put it into real operations in early May. As installation, repair, and other cleaning businesses came on board, we added the features they needed one by one.

4. 4

   We set up an onboarding process

   A new customer starts with a KakaoTalk business account, a notice sending service, testing, cleaning up and uploading order files, then registering regions and technicians. We go through onboarding together in four steps: field diagnosis, custom setup, settling in, and ongoing improvement.

5. 5

   We reset our priorities

   Looking back on the first half of 2026, we checked how each customer was using it and chose to fix what existing customers found inconvenient first. For the second half, a full screen redesign and a home screen per customer came first, and other features waited.
